Rugosa Restaurant to Participate in
Eat Drink Local Week
From June 24-30, Edible Manhattan is celebrating its third "Eat Drink Local Week," which will highlight the finest restaurants New York has to offer. Rugosa is one of the participating restaurants.
The meal will include a heavenly entrée of Coconut Lamb Curry, Green Garlic, Cucumber and Yoghurt. For $52 per person, you will be served three mouthwatering courses, which are also offered on Rugosa's a la carte menu.

Rugosa Restaurant Welcomes Douglas Sheehan
as Its General Manager

Rugosa Restaurant has announced that Douglas Sheehan has been named its new General Manager. Mr. Sheehan will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. A Sag Harbor resident, Mr. Sheehan has worked in New York restaurants for most of his adult life.
